Yes, very strong horizontal resistance forming now.
It's not over until it's over, it has regained the lower trend line and re-tested yesterday, could be a false breakout if it can bounce strongly from here and take out the upper trend line, then it should have a bit of a run, but the chart is bearish until proven otherwise.
