Lacklustre breakout on the downward wedge. Spooky times on the major indicies probably isn't helping this week.
Downward wedges are generally held to be bullish (which is why I'm here, hello)
Detrended price shows it isn't quite there yet (above 0), but that can change in a day, and it is indicating a change in direction - downtrend to sideways?
In the very least, should see a upward retrace to around 30c.
