it has had 5 capital raises since I first bought in. I only participated in the first one I saw. Each time the SP rises then falls below the CR price.

Bonus shares are issued like crazy, if the old CEO wifes cat has kittens then bonus shares are issued all round.

The growth of the shares on issue has been expenential.

They still haven't managed to stop the cash burn regardless of revenue and management changes. The graph I showed you covered the CR period, the growth followed by decline.

Doesn't matter what sector they are in, all companies with bad operations, frequent employee bonus share, huge cashburn and frequent CR tend to behave the same on the charts. There's probably a few dozen companies like this out there.

BRN's relationship with LDA seems to be an alternative to CR's, but the effect is similar in share dilution.

I am going to back away from this discussion, it's pointless. the market will play itself out.

If the SP gets into the 50's again soon then I am wrong about the pump and dump scenario and will admit it.

Back on topic do you think the company has a "Plan B" if LDA Capital bail out ? if so what do you think Plan B for Brainchip might entail ? Zillions of shares for 6¢ perhaps... re-dream-able in 10 years more of no revenue.
