My health is now fine been a bit busy with son and his family leaving to return to UK.
I think this would be a very simple case. Quite clearly the journalist and the publisher have failed to attempt to verify their allegations by simply requesting a comment from the ASX.
I have no doubt had they contacted the ASX the answer would have been no ongoing concerns.
Thus the only real issue would be damages and can they be proven and linked to the article. Damages are usually the hardest ingredient in cases like these.
