I agree Wilzy Hotcoppers guidelines first paragraph rules and responsibilities-
Hotcopper puposely pinning a thread at the top by dedault is bullyimg tactic. and they are breaching their own website rules and responsibilities by manioulationg the threads. hopefully common sense will prevail and they will either remove thread altogether or unpin it
