I think it's unlikely there's anything (truly) nefarious going on regarding BRN's continuous disclosure obligations.
Based on errors, typos and the low quality of some BRN business outputs ('that' presentation & TableclothGate), I suspect it's more likely that BRN has unknowingly blundered its way through ASX's listing rules.
