BrainChip - Continuing concerns about continuous disclosure, page-730

As we all know, the publisher of the article in the post I am replying to titled their piece "BrainChip (ASX:BRN): Tech, tech, boom! But continuing concerns around continuous disclosure".

Issues around releasing information to the market has been discussed several times on HotCopper.

One of the discussions involved the status of BrainChip's relationship with Magik Eye (see here).

For those who are not aware, on17 August 2020, BrainChip announced they were partnering with Magik Eye to “market a breakthrough solution for object detection, object classification and gesture recognition…” based on Magik Eye and Akida technology (see here).

In that announcement, BrainChip advised “This partnership is for one year and can be extended by mutual consent of the parties”.

When discussing the partnership, the former CEO, Louis Di Nardo, described the upside as “very, very significant” (seeherefrom the 3.43 mark). His words clearly show he saw this Partnership as materially important to BrainChip.

BrainChip themselves advised the partnership was for one year on 17 August 2020. They also portrayed this partnership as materially important to the company. The one year period has now well and truly passed but nothing has ever been released to the market advising whether this partnership has been extended or not.

It is difficult to understand why no update has been released in relation to this?
