To think Brainchip never made it to NYSE or NASDAQ... is to think it was because it didn't or could not do a 1 for 500 share reverse split. Management as in The Board of Brainchip is in control of this decision. Smart team of members looking out for their retirement perhaps at the expense of retail investors via LDA Capital where no fear of Capital Raise is instilled or occurs.
