I agree with LuckyCharm that the CEO is the wrong type for this venture.
From my personal experience in Silicon valley, much if not all, of the so called NDAs behind the scenes will have been cleverer CEOs ensuring that they know all about BRN. That would be all, just their competitor research, no commercial interests.
There is a world of difference in taking an existing technology to the next level versus totally disrupting a technology. Different species of CEO required and we have the wrong one IMO, selected by this board.
I agree with LuckyCharm that the CEO is the wrong type for this...
