Ah the hilarity of life.
You said it wasn't worth paying a loan off when the money can be invested in a 15% return investment.
But then you say who would take out a 30 year loan.
Isn't the idea to hold the loan as long as possible to get the most from the 15% investment.
I mean .. by your reasoning, why pay any principle at all if you can get this 15% investment return.
Why not an interest only loan and really smell the money.
