I suspect it can be scaled up to do this better than existing technology. It has on chip memory/libraries. It can have external memory.It can recognise voice commands and it can speak with CNN data bases in real time. It can learn and be retrained.
Years ago a state government department which I contacted often introduced a voice recognition switchboard which covered all its metro offices. I discovered that if I wanted to speak to the Parramatta office I needed to pronounce it as Parramadda to have any chance of being put through. Way back then it was clear to me that to work effectively such machines were going to have to become extremely intelligent.
