Why would I prove that nothing illegal is happening?
You are the one who is making accusations. I dare you to name the insto who's doing this.

Pretending to be a know-it-all, but you and I know that you are full of it.
The onus is on the one who is making accusations to prove whether something illegal is happening or not. If you can prove it, do it.
I am not interested in it. Plain and simple.
As far as I am concerned, there is more funny things at play for eg; that management are selling shares while conducting road shows to investors and asking them to put their money in the company.
That stinks.
