    to be fair, they are going to throw the QFY cloud developed in and in conjunction with AWS and move it over Zimi .
    the QFY cloud didn't work well hence the Blaq debacle .
    I'm doubting if they even want the internals of the QFY product .
    no doubt they want the falls facia architectural side . but the rest you may as well throw away .
    they should change the name to Zimifyz
