I did some research, went to https://www.quantifytechnology.com/ and right there on the front page - QBlind safety recall. So I took a punt and clicked on it. It took me to another page with the details.
I put my tinfoil hat on, thinking that those lying bustards could say it was something completely different and get away with it, I went to the guvment website...Had to sift though all the recalls from Mercedes, Toyota, Bosch, Honda, Hyundai, Volvo etc and found it here listed with the ACCC: https://www.productsafety.gov.au/recall/quantify-technology-qblind-blind-controller The rest is just smoke, clouds and mirrors
They needed to partner, it would be a major hurdle to offer only a partial fitout. GSM-i needed capital to expand. Looks like a mutually beneficial arrangement. Dilution and growth is better than what's happened so far this year.
