They needed to partner, it would be a major hurdle to offer only a partial fitout. GSM-i needed capital to expand. Looks like a mutually beneficial arrangement. Dilution and growth is better than what's happened so far this year.

yep . good research and correct on the other details .
the blind controller is virtually the same component as the light switch .
how could you keep any products when it been asseced as a fire risk . Blaq had no choice.

GSMi needs a capital vehicle Oman ASX ticker .
QFY needs anything or it's going under. what happens to the WA branch now it's virtually controlled by the SA branch including CTO role is anyone's guess , but the swap to Zimi shows the Intent. hope it goes well .
