Luca Verre is on the record saying that Akida improves the performance of their vision sensors by orders of magnitude, he has also stated his enthusiasm regarding the potentials of Prophesees' partnership with BRN.

Akida is the only processor available which enables this transformation in Prophesees vision sensor performance. Prophesee have now been announced by QUALCOMM as providers of image/vision sensor tech going forward for multiple years.

As you speculate @steve10 Akida could be going into mobile phones as early as H2 2023, if not, it appears to be virtually certain by next year. Things are moving fast with Prophesee, and their partnership with BRN was announced mid last year, obviously they would have been communicating well before said announcement.
So plenty more to come.

Until we get an announcement it is all speculation, I don't usually get too involved with speculating, but have been following developments with Prophesee (and many others)since the announcement on the BRN website, however this one does feel like it could be the real deal to me. No point getting carried away, but potentially having a foot in the global mobile phone market would have serious outcomes for BRN.

Qualcomm are the largest chip suppliers to the global mobile phone industry; it has been mentioned before, but the fact that right now GlobalFoundries are major micro-processor suppliers/fabricators to Qualcomm.

Right now the same Global Foundries are in the process of fabricating the latest iteration of BRN tech - the Akida 1500 on 22nm FDSoI, BRN have said the Akida 1500 fits the needs of customer(s) this also fits very well with the notion that the Prophesee/Qualcomm deal will also involve the implementation Akida IP going forward. GlobalFoundries processors fit with Qualcomm, so the timing of these recent developments also serve to support what could be a manifest possibility.
