Everything he says will allow people to clearly see the direction Intel is taking...basically a fully digital SNN neuromorphic chip is the foreseeable future in AI, as displayed in Loihi.
Everything he describes has been achieved in Brainchip's Akida...and more...that's probably why Intel has accepted Akida into its ecosystem.
Brainchip just need the world to catch up!
