That's the genius of the POA. We only make a call on LDA when we have a stream of news to give the market. Instead of flogging off large parts of the company to insto's at huge discounts (30% or so) as happens in a tradition capital raising, we get to sell the shares at market prices that are being inflated to represent the company's strengthening position.
