It's a partnership for sure. I know a lot of people see LDA in a bad light and I can see their point. With the 75 million options we gave them, LDA must have made a fortune out of BRN over the last 12 months. Also suspect that they may have used some of those to cap the SP when were looking like a runaway freight train during the first call. If that was the case it will be different this time around. LDA sold the last of their options earlier this year.
