I feel sorry for anyone who sold this morning at open not knowing this. That this was not announced on the ASX is simply disgraceful imo. I'm not blaming BRN ... the company may well have submitted it to the ASX and the ASX deemed it not to be worthy of an announcement. ALL shareholders had a right to know this ... not just those with time on their hands to read twitter and peruse the BRN website this morning.
