Perhaps I’m not such a diligent follower of all things HC Tech, so forgive me when I say it’s good to see you posting again.
I for one try and use any SP manipulation to advantage and not allow it to upset me. Eg - sell Friday for 0.595 buy back at 0.56 - sell last week for 0.75, buy back at 0.55 - resulting in another 200K shares to my parcel.
I know this is not for everyone, and certainly there have been times when I’ve got it wrong, but it keeps me on my toes and off the street.
