Yes however it remains a risky game for shorters. There are other stocks they can play with that don't explode on the news of a major IP contract.
We are hopeful the board will release some substantial news soon, and personally feel another IP contract is not out of the question considering Dr Tony Lewis statements at the AGM will bear some weight.
