I dont dispute that, however your terminology of the word "retail", gives off the impression that it's "mum and dad investors" driving this pump..
I have my doubts, as I dont believe everyday investors have that much free capital available, and certainly not at this time of year..
Unless of course, I have it wrong, and there are many people out there with far too much disposable cash, even in this period of medium to high interest rates..
