I suggest from information available that insiders easily hold enough to block any take over attempts. Yahoo for example purchases data from Refinitiv as trusted provider. Refinitiv is a global supplier of financial market data. It is owned by the London Stock Exchange Group. Implied shares outstanding is in fact 2.07 billion. This includes options and RSU's etc with the assumption they will all be taken up. Its a pretty big call to suggest thar Refinitiv are supplying really old out of date data to its clients.
