I think its highly likely that hybrid edge & 5g enabled AI devices will be the norm in coming years.
I think its very plausible that Akida IP or SoC will be worst case scenario accompanying autonomous vehicle senors as a fail safe system at minimum.
In regards to samsung for sure they want our IP to offload some processing to improve their notoriously awful battery performance
