This is false. It's possible. Management prior to Louis wanted the new CEO to take it to NASDAQ within 18 months. Louis himself sees a NASDAQ listing, not sure in what timeframe.

A few of these categories is possible in the next 2 years - although very high objectives/milestones - management talking about a NASDAQ listing seriously means they think they can achieve it. You don't know, I don't know, only they know. They know what they have and they have plans in set.
