Would be nice.. Remember BRN is still a start-up company and will require more cash injections as it grows and expands its services/products. No earnings on records at the moment, which long-term SHs are okay with.
If BRN wants to acheive a NASDAQ listing on its own they will have to able to demonstrate a 3 year period of aggregated earnings, the only way they can acheive this within the 2 year period you suggest is to consider JV or M&A., IMO. No doubt it will happen but the question is how it will happen.
Let's see how all this unholds, exciting times INDEED!
