I have watched with interest AZK/Brainchip thread.

From what i have researched and from the people who know this company well, have told me .
I would like to tender my thoughts.

1) The patented technology appears to be 3 to 4 years ahead of anyone (including major techs)

2) swift commercialization of licensing agreements and ensuing royalties is very real.

3) the vendor consideration and performance milestone shares will all be escrowed for 2 years.(so no selling from them)

4)65% of current shareholder structure appears to be held by long term hnw and insto,s

5) The inventor -Peter Van Der Made has the highest credentials and has had significant success in the past on commercialization of product.

6) Any cap raise will be small if any, as they funds inflow from assets being disposed.the royalty component from latest bauxite asset sale alone can generate significant funds via sale to a royalty company/pe group .

7)The validation by scientific groups/brain institute is quiet remarkable.

8) I believe managment and inventor of brainchip wanted this company in a listed vehicle so they could achieve maximum uplift and not be picked off in the early days by lowball offers from the major tech companies.
