Brainchip-understanding value, page-7

I'm in with 20k when markets open! Late to the party but hopefully not to late. I wont be putting in more due to the speculative nature of this stock as well as a few questions unanswered by my research.

1. It is unclear at this stage what kind of royalty/licensing/contractual agreements that brainchip has in the pipeline and revenue at this point is zero.
2. The absence of offers from any of the mega cap tech corporations that seem to be grabbing everything with the slightest bit of potential for billions of dollars, let alone something 7000 times faster than the nearest competitor.
3. Due to the technical nature of the actual product, the lack of technical expertise of pretty much everyone here means that the actual practical significance is lost in the technical jargon. i.e. it is unclear both in terms of if it really does what it says it does, how it does what it does, and what purpose is served by its function.
4. Why merge with a small listed ASX company, as opposed to listing on the NASDAQ, listing on the ASX as an individual company? AZK's market cap is only 18 mil currently, definitely still small enough to be gobbled up by any tech corporation worth its salt.

Until those questions are unanswered I just cant put in anymore, 20k however, I can afford to lose easily. Be careful, DYOR, although that probably wont be much of a help in this case.
