Does read a little like a draft version, no mention of Peter or anyone else. Would normally expect to see something along the lines of "Bob Beachler, VP of business development, said......Peter.....genius.....groundbreaking.....etc,etc."

100% agree. No company quotes or commentary...so yes most likely a mock up/draft got slipped out.
