    "Eighty percent consolidation would reduce shares on offer to 840 million.
    Then the consolidated share price would be .016 cents."

    ? Market cap of 845,400,000 cents / 840,000,000 shares post a 5:1 consolidation = ~1 cent per share, not 0.016 cents.

    I'm not suggesting that MLS can't do a consolidation, or that the company is a dead duck. I'm just wondering why this obvious bit of housekeeping doesn't seem to be being dealt with. Maybe there's a good explanation. However, until I hear one, I won't be buying in.
