I would say a merger between PLS and AJM is more likely to happen than a TO, however AJM do have a lot of debt and the SP is a TO risk.
The JV with POSCO is what to watch, seems Ken and the board are keeping this alliance very close and cosy.
Personally think this will transform quickly with a conglomerate buy in on PLS which will happen before the market readjusts to the boom. Actually might even trigger the readjustment!
It's like that movie the big SHORT at the mo, except in reverse. Why is the market so slow to react?, everyone can see the world moving to EVs, Battery storage etc..
