I am positive there is a time frame before and after
a Ann, We had a ex director that sold into 2 Ann, a lot
of s/hs put official complaints in to ASIC & ASX,
every person that put complaints in recieved replies
back. He was a director that recently was ask to go
good riddens to him.

If you look at the chart you can see where he drove the
s/p down, he also scared other holders into selling.

Their was a reason he done this, but I wont go into it.
