So there have been at least four independant engineering organisations involved on the Lamp, Ranhill WorleyParson, UGL, Rhodia and SGS Lakefield?
Hard to believe Lynas would overide any of these organisations designs, therefore what conclusion can be drawn, design error or teething problems?
