Abesque Engineering (AEC), BEC Engineering (BEC) and United Group Limited (UGL).
Lynas requested various parties to submit proposals to complete the remaining engineering works. Following a review of the proposals received, Lynas has decided to engage United Group Limited as Engineering Contractor"

Lifton reported first production late Feb. Why was it not until late June, 4 months later, that the problems arose and then not reported until late July?

I suspect that there is more going on than has been revealed and even the outcome has been left rather vague. Fortunately Moly appears to be in a rather similar position.
