    Braise meat

    Simmer for a few minutes:
    2 to 3 kg of chicken duck or other meat
    1.5 kg green vegetables
    1 to 1.25 litres chicken stock or water
    5 slices galangal
    2 tablespoon brown sugar honey or maple syrup
    3 cloves smashed garlic cloves
    3 tablespoon light or dark soy sauce
    1 tablespoon rice vinegar

    Turn off and leave for an hour


    reheat to bring temperature up if required
