We need some news and signs of progress. Once we have news we can break through 0.5. From the chart, 0.5 is a pretty strong resistance having been touched 5 times in the last 5 months.
There's no overhanging supply past 0.5 so once it breaks 0.5 we may some good running to 1c provided there is sufficient and sustained volume.
New to CUL and haven't had time to research much into this so not sure what to expect in the short term.
