Global revamp has approx 8 - 9 months to go - savings in upper mannagemnt wages alone agg up to 33 us jobs and 30 million in ONGOING savings.

Now that process is being finalised in UK - this looks to me like the final restructure. Smith Barney have BIL at a target price of $6.53 - If the earning dont suprise on the downside and the forcast and anticipated 2nd Half peformance in CHEP USA hit the mark - then its off to the races.

Some profit taking at $6.00 pushing the price doen - but when it runs due to the top 20 holders having such a major state in BIL the index huggers will have to pay top dollar as its storms back into favour.

Its my opinion only - yet , as gobblin will attest ( after his many dud calls) I am more right than wrong.

BIL : $6.50 by End Sept - lock that on in eddie.
