As I understand it a "trading halt" (from reading the ASX website) is normally terminated and trading of the securities suspended on the second working day after the halt is called, if the company has not made an announcement. I think that if negotiations are continuing and the company isn't ready to make an announcement, the suspension of trading is inevitable. Are there any more thoughts on this? Also did anyone read the article in AFR on 7/6/2 on Brandrill? Any thoughts on this?
Regards, James.
