What time frame would you estimate these type of talks to take?
The AFR article (posted earlier on this thread), aswell as some vague comments in "The Australian" 06/06/02 seem to be hinting at a convertible bonds issue. I imagine that would take somewhat longer than just renegotaing existing finance arrangements with CBA.
It would seem a logical step for Brandrill to seek equity investment such as convertible bonds since its deal with the South African company fell through.
Also, are Brandrill only negotiating finance arrangements with CBA. If a convertible bonds issue was placed, then who would underwrite it?...especially since CBA have been selling Brandrill shares recently.
I am interested in your thoughts on these issues?
