misty, I haven't read anything in the media about businesses needing faster broadband to function efficiently. I've also not heard it from individuals in business or health care. They seem quite ok with current speeds. So why do you think it's such a good idea? I think Rudd just wants to be seen to be keeping up with the Joneses. My point is that same amount of money could be put to such good use.
