If they snipe then that is not on, if they offer the alternative arguement then that is ok IMO. Also sniping is saying FML is a dog, it is not offering an informed opinion from experience.
I think that if someone is to sell their stock then they still have the right to offer why they sold it.
I am still negative on this deal, but only just a good convincing arguement away from being tipped to the positive. I totally see what the cash will do for FML's operations, I'm just not convinced that they can get value for the shareholder with that caash. What did the last $40m do? So that is why I am pessimistic for the moment.
I may be wrong, but I'm looking to be proved wrong, not just a 'trust me' or we will be a big uncle with no intention of running the business.
