Ah. But he managed it. Here the same job would have involved a cable lowered platform, installation of such, a truck to deliver it and a crane to position it, and more supervisors than a stick could be poked at. Plus possibly a team of eight or a dozen workers in all, and a carpark full of utes and 4WDs. China goes ahead.
