Thanks for sharing the link. Lionbridge's Revenue for FY19 was $283m while appen was $535m.
Appen had acquired Figure eight in 2019 FY which would have had an impact on thier EBITDA, so relative valuation should be based on revenue not EBITDA, IMO.
Appen's valuiation should be 1.9x Lionbridge's, all in my humble opinion.
