May i point out that the shares acquired only amounted to 32,643 or less than 0.022% of the 123,074,916 SOI.
Accordingly i would suggest that the collective purchases are not significant and, in fact, something that the majority of directors do from time to time, especially when the share price is down-trending as APX has been for the past year
