I would add to that brand recognition -> trusted by FAANG to provide quality and reliable data for their AI models. Not many other providers can boast that in their resume. This gives Appen contractual leverage/price advantage when applying for new projects with new China and Government division clients who are relatively immature in the AI model space and want someone that is trusted to help supply data for their AI models.
