Oh my God, the fact that you think regulatory issues refer in this context to workers rights (a la ridesharing) is the clearest indication yet that you have no idea what you're talking about. Anyone who actually knew anything about AI would know exactly what is being referred to, and what the key developing regulatory issues are.
