Regulatory issues in AI is an incredibly broad topic.

I've kept my response broad in my original post, as they will need to adapt to change.

Regulation in AI is both good and bad for Appen. In some contexts, it creates more work for them. However, in certain areas it creates a slow down for some of their customers while they navigate around the regulation.

I think the issue here is that I've talked about something broadly and you're only looking for keywords that you've seen before. With better training data, in terms of Appen's business model, AI & ML or the specific application areas, you'd reach a higher level of understanding.
