you're right..I've been watching the same two stocks and noticed the difference.. Altium has been spruiked by 'experts' for some time..and unlike APX, has'nt had a very precise red flag like the change in operations by the Big Boys which was its main market.. so market sentiment for apx has had a precise hit.. otherwise both these stocks would be recovering same way post-covid..
However, given Management's pro-active move, this one will bounce up nicely.. patience..
