It just amazes me why you are so interested in appen when you're not even interested in the stock market.
As long as unsupervised learning doesn't somehow take over, appen and their competitors will be highly relevant. I simply cannot comprehend your point on this, you say appen must keep up, wtf do you think you are doing? If there domain specific challenges, that's a good thing for appen, as they have more experience than their competitors. The real threat is AI smart enough to learn by itself, which will happen eventually (imo decades to come).
People are not responding to you in a friendly way because you keep using hand waves and claim expertise that you've yet to demonstrate. I said many times already the negative article by Claude Walker was quite informative, he's clear and precise unlike you, if he posted here people would welcome him.
